The Inclusion and Intervention Support Team (formerly SEND Support Service) supports children and young people aged 0–19 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across West Northamptonshire. It offers two distinct services: • Early Years (0–5 years) • School Age (5 –19 years, Year 1- Year 13) • Both include a family offer and aim to build inclusive practice, model interventions, and support transition.
